Biden continues to duck debates.

I wonder if Trump could goad him into debating by announcing his own refusal to debated Biden.  He could dismiss Biden in several speeches, saying that Biden is too scared, has nothing to say, has no platform to run on, etc. 

That would be fun to watch.
