I propose that the slogan "Prove the Vote" be used as a counter to anyone who merely advocates "Count the Vote."

Prove the Vote
---apologies to "Rock the Boat" and the Hues Corporation

Oh, I'd like to know your source of presumption
Yeah, I'd like to know your source of presumption
Prove the Vote!
Yeah, prove the vote, baby!
Prove the Vote!
You can't put it over
Prove the Vote!

Ever since our republic began
Each man had only one vote, and later each woman
That principle kept down fraudulency
But now we've got people cheating electronically
Our ship of state is sailing on the ocean
It will not founder on the reef of Leftist emotion

So I'd like to know your source of presumption
Yeah, I'd like to know your source of presumption
Prove the Vote!
Yeah, prove the vote, baby!
Prove the Vote!
You can't put it over
Prove the Vote!

Up to now we've largely managed to keep down the fraud
But this time around the blatancy is just too broad
So citizens must demand that they prove the vote
Or else the Left will have the country by the throat
Our ship of state is sailing on the ocean
It will not founder on the reef of Leftist emotion

So I'd like to know your source of presumption
Yeah, I'd like to know your source of presumption
Prove the Vote!
Yeah, prove the vote, baby!
Prove the Vote!
You can't put it over
Prove the Vote!

You have to understand that any altered ballots were "trans" ballots.

They did not identify as "mail"---and, if they were "altered," it is because they "identified with" the opposing side.

.I’ve come up with a term for many of the people I’m seeing in the right leaning blogosphere at the moment: the Despair Wankers-  all they want to do right now is wallow in self-pity, and they actually react angrily to any reference to any kind of silver lining, or a plan for going forward. They moan that “Socialism is inevitable now“, and at most rouse themselves to masturbatory fantasies of guerrilla warfare.

Don’t be a Despair Wanker.

So, when businesses find they can't afford to re-open in peacefully burned down and vandalized cities, partially because their insurance costs go way up and partially because they can't afford or obtain security after the police have been defunded and all the officers quit, does the Harris administration:

A) Force the insurance companies to cover at a loss, and the businesses to open up whether they make money or not

or

B) Have government-run stores open

Of course, A leads into B anyway, because the stores would not have money to buy the goods to sell.

And a second question:

Should I not post so much depressing stuff?

If the Senate stays Republican, maybe socialism can be put off to some extent. Green New Deal won't pass, so we'll have some economy left. And they won't be able to pack the court.

But a Harris administration is likely to buy off BLM, and not lock them up.

Defund the police and release the criminals will be policies.

Jewish students will not be welcome in US colleges.

However, the midterms could change things drastically, assuming the social Media of Truth doesn't find ways to destroy any conservative candidates. The Woke Inquisition will get worse.

Some people will be able to keep working despite it; manufacturing will go back to China (thanks, Hunter!)

And taxes will go up on the "rich", meaning everyone who makes money but not enough to move their assets offshore.

And one last thing - does anyone have a plan for stopping socialism?

No, not a revolution or a new civil war. Those both would end badly.

Maybe a major hacking job on Facebook, Twitter, etc for the next four years so they are out of service and can't affect the next election? Not impossible, but very difficult, with the Feds after the hackers.

Mom called.  She obviously had spent the day before heating up the needle to start probing.  In 30 minutes she poked every sensitive spot she could, from the "it's a good thing your brother died because I had to take care of you" to a play-by-play analysis of how bad Michigan football is this year.  If nothing else, I must admire her encyclopedic knowledge of sore spots.

Well, in a sort of pathetic achievement, I managed to hobble down the street two blocks to my nearest Starbucks, have a sandwich and coffee, and hobble back.   I feel like I just ran a half marathon, but it was the furthest I’ve ventured since the accident, that did not involve an automobile.

One thing we can do is preserve the knowledge and news social Media of Truth wants to put down the memory hole.

Download Trump's achievements, the truth about Israel, etc. to your LOCAL disks - don't trust the cloud.

Very decent, though he sometimes had a sharp sense of humor. He was exactly what you would expect him to be - smart, polite, professional, unfailingly courteous, but more relaxed and friendly off camera. He will be missed.

I had actually uploaded a file detailing  Trump’s achievements to the cloud a few weeks ago. I just accessed that file, and it now reads in its entirety,: “Joe Biden is the kindest, warmest, bravest, most wonderful human being I’ve ever known in my life.”

They're getting ready for the reprisals

A U.S. group seeking to compile a list of supporters and employees of President Donald Trump launched a Twitter account and website last week. It’s asking for public support for the endeavor.

The Trump Accountability Project aims to make sure that the public “never forgets those who furthered the Trump agenda.” The group’s Twitter account called for the public to “help out” by visiting the site and signing up for email updates.

Twitter needs to ban this group.

How can you tell a Jew-hater ("antisemite," they call themselves, to sound sort-of-respectable)?

If they're a Leftist, they say, "I love Jews---particularly Jews safely dead in the Holocaust---but I hate Israel."

If they're a "conservative," they say, "I love Israel (those Jews that are safely half a world away), but I can't stand American Jews---and why don't those American Jews vote the way I think they should?"

Same sentiment: different part of the spectrum.

Up to a point.

Some years ago, during my Swamp days, I was very active in the local chapter of AIPAC.  We did various events with the Israeli Consulate and a number of meet-and-greets.  There was one where a couple of folks who had been at the national convention came back and gave a report.  Part of their presentation was a video of a Christian pastor who gave an impassioned speech pledging his support for the state of Israel.  Afterwards there was a Q and A period and discussion.

Almost to a man (and a woman), the older guests loudly excoriated the pastor on the grounds that "his kind oppose a woman's 'right to choose.'"  They then went on to say every nasty thing they could think of about Bush, Halliburton, etc. etc. etc.  As one couple was leaving (I was on coat duty), I overheard them talking about how, although they sort of appreciated the support of conservative gentiles for Israel, they could not possibly get in bed with any group that opposed "a woman's right to choose."  For them, purity of thought on abortion trumped support for Israel.

It was around that same time that a Jewish colleague of mine was at his wits' end with his elderly parents for their reflexive leftism.  As he put it "they think when the pull the D level they're still voting for Adlai Stevenson."

The point is, that for many on the Right, that kind of reflexive leftism is annoying.  Add to it the fact that the Jewish intellectuals of mid-century America were, practically without exception either card-carrying Communists or some other brand of the left -- new left, old left, anti-anti-Communist, neo-Trotskyite, etc. -- American Jews have hardly been friendly to America conservatism and or many years actively worked against it (vide Dissent, The Partisan Review, Forward, and Commentary before it turned neo-con).  There are exceptions, but I think one can point out the frequent, and often irrational, hatred of a large swath of American Jewry for conservatives without being labeled an anti-Semite.

As for those on the left, I have always insisted that saying that one is an "anti-Zionist" is just a polite way of saying that there are 6 million Jews one wouldn't mind seeing killed.

Over 30% of Jews voted for Trump, the highest in over 30 years

JNS.org – US President Donald Trump received the highest percentage of the Jewish vote for a Republican presidential candidate in Tuesday’s election, while former Vice President Joe Biden received the lowest for a Democratic presidential nominee in 32 years, according to a poll released on Wednesday.

Trump received 30.5 percent of the Jewish vote, while Biden got 60.6 percent, according to a Republican Jewish Coalition (RJC) survey conducted by Basswood Research and McLaughlin & Associates.

But I don't see much of a future for Judaism in America. Not so much because of conservatives, but because of leftists, who want to destroy Judaism. They aren't up for the trouble of sending Jews to camps. They want us to give up our beliefs and become Woke.

And Jews are not alone in this - leftists hate Catholics, and fundamentalist Protestants. The only fundamentalists they like are Islamic, and they'll kill the leftists once they cease being useful idiots.

Fair, if unfortunate, points.  My mother's parents met at a Socialist convention in 1918; my grandfather was an organizer of the Furriers' Union before the Communists took it over.  He, however, joined the US Army during WWI (despite the Socialist opposition to American entry into the war, and despite his having fled Russia to avoid military service there), and pretty much shed his Socialist beliefs in the course of becoming an independent businessman.  My grandmother remained hard-Left her entire life, as did my mother.

There were reasons for this, going back to the Napoleonic era, which had to do with the "Left" in Europe being the agency for Jews getting some measure of civil rights there, and which carried over to the US in that the Democrats were union-friendly and the Republicans weren't---plus that the largely-Republican-dominated businesses of the early-mid 20th century tended not to hire Jews.  All of this stuff carried over to the largely-dereligionized Jews of today, who---even if they'd shed the observance of their parents or grandparents---retained their prejudices and voting habits as a sort of secondhand way of keeping faith with them.  I'm not saying it's right, or even reasonable---but it is understandable.

That, however, is beside the point; my point is that the fascination/obsession by non-Jews with these holdover habits by the minuscule minority of the Jews of today, when there are far more Leftists of Christian background skewing today's voting, is in itself a form of antisemitism.
