Grassley Says Foreigner Has Audio Recordings of Joe, Hunter’s Bribery Scheme

Start popping the popcorn. What’s fascinating to me is that the number of stories coming out is ratcheting up, meaning the group behind Biden are not in control of this (obviously).

A pilot project was announced last week to track “sexual orientation and gender identity.” In addition to being asked about their sex—now qualified as the sex “assigned at birth”—they will be asked if they “currently describe” themselves as male, female, “transgender” or “a different term”; whether they consider themselves a “gender minority,” a “sexual minority” and “LGBT+”; and whether they accept one of a dizzying list of labels: “Non-binary, Gender nonconforming, Genderfluid, Genderqueer . . . Gay, lesbian, bisexual, queer or another orientation.”

Who is doing this? This NSF. Who are they doing this to? Graduate students in the sciences.

I’m starting to think we should blame all this stupidity on fluoride in the water.

Add this in, and things are definitely popcorn worthy: REPORT: Burisma Founder Who Allegedly Bribed Joe and Hunter Biden Is a Russian Asset

And just note, yet again, how no one in the MSM was the least bit curious about this back in 2020. Boy, that COVID sure was useful in hiding information.

Not being a lawyer, this article seems to present a cogent analysis of the problems with the case against Trump in the indictment being started today (sorry, having trouble getting this to format the way I want):

“Davis reiterated for the zillionth time, ‘The Presidential Records Act controls the presidential records by presidents and former presidents. The Espionage Act applies to everyone else.’ He goes on, ‘It is not possible for a president or former president to commit espionage in how they handle their presidential records. It’s also not legally possible to generally commit obstruction of justice if you’re obstructing an investigation into a noncrime.’ And here Davis gets to Patel’s point: ‘If it was not a crime for President Trump to have his presidential records — which it was not, it’s allowed by the Presidential Records Act — how can you obstruct justice into this non-crime?’

“And he’s not spitballing. ‘That is not my legal theory,’ Davis told me, ‘that is a binding legal opinion from 2019 at the Department of Justice’s Office of Legal Counsel.’

And, Davis said, the Department of Just Us is ignoring the other legal precedent from 2012. ‘They are ignoring the 2012 Clinton “sock drawer’ case,” he told me, ‘when Judicial Watch sued Bill Clinton for possessing 74 tapes from his presidency and [keeping] them in his sock drawer.’ The judge threw out Judicial Watch’s case, Davis recounted. The judge basically said, ‘The mere fact that President Clinton took these records when he left office makes them personal … and it does not matter that they’re classified.’ That decision is binding on D.C. federal courts.”

Banana republics don’t care about the rule of law, but it’s still good to have this information out there.

Here We Go: Articles of Impeachment Filed Against Biden, Harris — and the Charges Are Right on the Money

I’m assuming this will do no good. Nothing will change.

I'm opposed to it.

Not on the merits. On the politicals. The case is a non-starter in the Senate. This is political tit for tat.

If the folks behind Biden think that he's getting too feeble to keep up the presidential charade, and want to ensure that he does not try to run again, and if they think that Harris is too blatantly incompetent to step in---both big "ifs," but both possible---I could see their supporting an impeachment move in both the House and the Senate.

Such an impeachment would be sufficient to get rid of these two clowns, leaving the field open for new faces in both the top slots---and, if the impeachment went through, they'd not only get rid of McCarthy as Speaker of the House, but reduce the already-razor-thin Republican majority, which would then be led by someone not McCarthy, i.e., which would then throw the Republican opposition into disarray which would last through the 2024 elections.

Not saying it's likely.  But it's possible.

Note, again, that the so-called "Rainbow Flag" was adopted, supposedly, for its "inclusiveness"---all the colors of the rainbow, universality, yadda yadda.  Yet the "Rainbow Flag" is not a true rainbow; the true rainbow has seven colors, not six: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet (mnemonic: "Roy G. Biv").

The "Rainbow Flag" has six.  This is implicitly racist, as the "rainbow" is white light refracted into its component colors; leave out a color, and you don't have "white."  However, in a truly humorous twist, the "Rainbow Flag" partisans initially started adding two other stripes to the truncated "rainbow" flag; a black stripe, and a brown stripe.  Apparently, the original (faux-) "rainbow" was not inclusive enough for the melanin crowd.

The current "Pride Flag" goes several steps further; to the faux-"rainbow" it has added a triangular field containing the black and brown stripes, and the blue-white-pink stripes denoting "transgenderism."  The faux-"rainbow," not inclusive enough for "people of color," seems to not be sufficient for the "transgenders" either.  One wonders whether the addition of the black and brown stripes to the "transgender" field is a subtle recognition of the vast number of drag/"transgender" males in the black and brown communities, or whether the stripes have simply been added there to "balance out" the white stripe in the "transgender" flag.

Your observations about the rainbow remind me of the following.  I recall from my childhood an animated series called "Kid Power".   it was super-"woke" for its time, featuring a multiracial cast of child characters.  The opening bars of the intro theme song had the lyrics (quoting from memory):

Kid Power! (Kid Power!)

Red, yellow, black and white!

White, yellow, black and red!

Since then, we've learned that the use of "black" and "white" as racial/ethnic descriptors is perfectly okay (as is "brown"); but the use of "red" or "yellow" is horribly racist.   And the reason for that distinction is.... uh... reasons.

I guess that means that the kiddie hymn "Jesus loves the little children" is now a no-no:

Jesus loves the little children

All the children of the world---

Red or yellow, black or white

All are precious in his sight

Jesus loves the little children of the world...

Oh, and it turns out the "Patient Zero" for the Covid-19 pandemic was the Chinese scientist who was overseeing "gain of function" research at the Wuhan institute of Virology.

But I'm sure that's just a coincidence... he probably just really likes bat soup, and hangs out with pangolins, or something.
