In #4 lucius septimius said: First rule of Hitman Club ... Well, sure. But that's not what surprises me here. It's how downright capitalistic the hitman club is, with hitmen hiring other hitmen to do the work for them at a discount.

Regarding the tree discussion in last night's Pub, here's a brief essay by George Orwell on tree-planting, called "A Good Word For the Vicar of Bray."

I'd like to see a pro-Trump club in the Hebraic community called "Orange Jews." Particularly in Florida or California.

If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself! By the way, a pretty good short story about hiring a hitman is Frederick Forsyth's "No Comebacks".

In #21 Occasional Reader said: I had no idea that people outside of England voluntarily made English food. Oh come now! Fish and chips, bangers and mash, Beef Wellington, bread pudding, Spotted Dick- there are SOME English foods worth eating. If we include the rest of Great Britain, we can add "the full Irish' breakfast, soda bread, Welsh Rarebit, and the ever-popular haggis.
