I guess I don't run in the right circles; other than the articles that have been up at PJ Media and Instapundit, the only reference to today I've seen is the exercise challenge on my Apple Watch. Kind of a sad commentary on how our society treats the honored folks who have protected this country.

Reply to vxbush in 6: On Sunday our church did its yearly Remembrance Sunday service -- representatives of the US, British, Canadian, Australian, and New Zealand military were there. It's a very moving service, though I wonder if it will continue once the older folk are gone.
