Starship Enterprise background noises.  So while you're stuck at home you can fantasize that you're going through space, I guess.

That's fantastic!! Add that with a new background to use in Zoom, and I'm set!

No, both those things are on Trump, because he created a climate of hate and fear.

Next question?

Remember you heard it here first: could Cuomo get the Democratic nomination?

I'm not a fan, but at least he's not senile.

Not that I want to give the Dems an inch--given the history of cheating, of which they accuse Republicans repeatedly--but I don't want them running an absolutely irresponsible candidate.

Hm, I thought I was first to post it here. Guess not. However, it did cross my mind before I heard it elsewhere.  GMTA and all that.

I don't think they have any candidates left that aren't absolutely irresponsible.

Did he really say that?

I'd like for someone - anyone - to confront these idiots in a public forum and ask: Could you point me to the language in the 2nd Amendment that indicates the amendment is all about deer-hunting?   Or even at all about deer-hunting?

Yes.  Yes, he did.  At least once, and in high, impassioned tones---possibly more than that.

I'm trying to get it to talk

So, yes, I need at least ten, carefully-placed rounds for that.

Not answering the 2nd Amendment question, but a response to the who needs 10 rounds question.

I give you now Professor Twist,
A conscientious scientist.
Trustees exclaimed, “He never bungles!”
And sent him off to distant jungles.
Camped on a tropic riverside
One day he missed his lovely bride.
She had, the guide informed him later,
Been eaten by an alligator.
Professor Twist could not but smile;
"You mean,” he said , “a crocodile.”

That was one of Jack Oakie's catchphrases.

Recommended watching for shut-ins: the Jack Oakie/WC Fields small-country comedy "Million Dollar Legs"---not to be confused with the later Betty Grable film with the same title.   Oakie is a brush salesman in the small country of Klopstakia ("principal exports, goats and nuts; principal imports, goats and nuts; principal inhabitants, goats and nuts"), which is run by WC Fields, but is going broke.  The country is full of natural athletes; Oakie proposes they send a team to the Olympics, where they will win big.  The perfidious Cabinet, seeking to depose Fields, hires Mata Machree, the Woman No Man Can Resist (Lyda Roberti) to demoralize the team, and all manner of hijinks ensue.

One of the greatest silly movies ever made.

Gutman: "Well, sir, there are other means of persuasion besides killing, and threatening to kill."

Spade:  "Yes, that's true.  But none of them are any good unless the threat of death is behind them---see what I mean?  If you start something, i won't stand for it; I'll make it a matter of your having to kill me, or call it off."
