I was just browsing a community page that I normally enjoy looking at.  I know the majority of our town is largely to the left but I guess those in charge think anyone who considers voting Trump is a White Supremist, a racist, a xenophobe and worse.  They don't want these people on their page and these people should question their place in this society.

I have high blood potassium.  The diet you're supposed to follow is the pits, no dairy no nuts, only a few fruits, no greens, including spinach. Tomatos, potatoes and winter squash is bad.  White bread, flower and rice are okay.  I really miss my pesto and tomato sauce dishes.

Well, have a vodka martini, shaken, not stirred, in honor of Sean Connery.

And we have some unofficial dietary restrictions here. Wife found that gluten makes her sick, so she is gluten free. Also, she saw potatoes and tomatoes can cause joint problems, so we both cut down and now have found that helps.

I need to have a lot of water or I get gout.

Getting older sucks, but is better than the alternative.

Reply to @PBJ3 in 44: I had a brother-in-law who was in kidney failure.  No potassium allowed.  It is a very hard diet to follow.  You have my deepest sympathy.  The only foods I have to avoid are the ones that make you fat.  That pretty much covers everything I like.  I know, I have first world problems. lol
