I had my first Covid-19 vaccination yesterday. I had been a little worried about it but my doctor talked me in to it since I have a couple of comorbidities. It was difficult to make an appointment anywhere but the friend that was helping me found one in South Los Angeles. They gave me the appointment for my second shot (Moderna) which was a break. I have a very sore arm but other than that I seem to be okay so far.

Reply to @PBJ3 in 5: You should be fine. The most common problem is an allergic reaction which occurs rather quickly. (Seriously, I get better news on this from the Jerusalem Post than from all the American media combined) But I dropped an email list where the commentator (a radio host) was ranting about how the vaccines were a form of control and dangerous. Given Israel is doing better than any other country with vaccinations, do you really think they'd be doing this to their own limited population if it was dangerous? That leads to judenhass conspiracy theories, at best.
