Microsoft Win10 used to have a service called "Superfetch" that was supposed to preload frequently used programs to make the system run faster, but far too often made it slow down.

So they took it out. Not really. They renamed it "SysMain"

Stuporfetch now is SysMaim

(Press the windows key, type services.msc, enter (may have to enter twice). Find sysmain. Right click. Properties. Disable, Stop. Apply
