The core of this is the Frankfurt School Critical Theory.

The FACTS don't matter, they only need one ancedotal incident to discredite the entire target.

Both the teacher and the teacher’s assistant in my son’s class are black. The majority of the kids in his class are white; he is one of only a few kids who is even partly black  So should we demand the teachers be fired? Is that how this works?

I'm working on a statement about recent events for my imaginary company. Here's what I have so far:

We understand that you have received untold numbers of emails from various corporations making sympathetic noises about the tragic death of George Floyd in police custody. Frankly, everyone in America feels exactly the same way, so we see no reason to annoy you with yet another bout of self-flagellation. Let's face it: the only reason companies are issuing these statements is because being accused of racism is the worst thing that can happen to anyone in America. Whether it's true or not, you will be exiled from polite society, unable to earn a living, and possibly find yourself facing criminal charges under laws that are patently unconstitutional. We really like our house and would rather not see it burned to the ground, so we'll play along. Apparently cowardice and self-loathing is the price of making a living these days. We don't like it any more than you do. Just remember, this is not about George Floyd, it's not about police brutality, and it's not about race. It's about the radical left taking power over every aspect of American life and destroying everything you hold dear. Have a nice day!

How come more black community leaders aren't saying something like this:

"I do think that this started as an accident," Sir Richard told the Telegraph, citing a peer-reviewed paper by Professor Angus Dalgleish of St George's Hospital at the University of London, and the Norwegian virologist Birger Sorensen.

According to Sir Richard, the pair claimed to have identified "inserted sections placed on the SARS-CoV-2 Spike surface," which allow the virus to bind to human cells, in contrast to alternate theories that the virus originated in animals, likely bats and pangolins, and mutated naturally to make the jump to human hosts.
