I'm going to bring up Protect Pub. Health v. Freed, where the WA Supreme Court ruled the public has no input on Public Health matters and it is the plenipotentiary power of the experts in Public Health. Then NM Gov. Grisham,“constitutes a statewide public health emergency of unknown duration.”
Based on the WA Supreme Court the left found a loophole to true democratic process, the peoples' initiatives. To overturn the Amendment. And now to infringe on the First Amendment.
Key words. Merging Public Health & Hate Speech. That merger is that speech and violence are synonyms and a public health matter. And outside of the democratic process, because "Public Health" is outside the expertise of The People.
The extension of this process and end point is Socialism. Private ownership, government control. If anything is "techincal", environmental policy, zoning, building codes, safety, production... all if it can be deeemed "Public Heatlh" and province solely of the "experts".
