This is long, but I highly recommend you read some additional history of the founding of our country. I didn't learn any of this in public school, so hopefully everyone else knows this already.

“With Manly Firmness…”

"Somebody who tries to tell you that the Declaration of Independence was written by a bunch of old white guys 250 years ago doesn’t matter anymore, doesn’t know anything about history. They don’t even know what it says because anybody that knows what it says knows that it’s Jefferson telling us the same things today that he was telling us in 1776. Read it."

I'm noticing a pattern here. "Anti-ICE, anti-Jewish, and anti-Catholic."

Anti-ICE, Anti-Catholic Arrestee Had 200 Explosives to Target D.C. Catholic Church

Who was really blocking the release of the Epstein Logs? Go back to the Biden administration:

But Bondi wasn't content to simply play defense. She went on the offensive, pointing out Durbin's own highly questionable record on Epstein transparency. "Senator Durbin, I find it very interesting that you refused repeated Republican requests to release the Epstein flight logs in 2023 and 2024," Bondi said. "You fought that." She then asked an eyebrow-raising question about potential financial connections, asking whether Durbin had "[taken] money from Reid Hoffman, campaign donations, who was a huge Epstein friend."

What strikes me about the Revolution and the men involved was how hard, and how long they tried to remain loyal British Subjects. The amount of effort they put into trying to convince the King and Parliament to treat them as British, under British law.

That's a good point, but I wish I had a source that would explain how Brits in other colonies were being treated at this same time, so I can have a comparison of attitudes towards all the different colonies. Based on one source, it looks like the following were British colonies besides the 13 states in 1770:

  • Bahamas

  • Barbados

  • Gibraltar
  • Ireland
  • Jamaica
  • Manitoba
  • New Brunswick
  • Newfoundland
  • Parts of India
  • St. Helena

Republicans do this just like Democrats, but if this is accurate, it really hurts Trump's bona fides as working to improve the country:

Hamas accepts Trump peace plan ending 2 years of war in Gaza, returning hostages

Hamas has agreed to a peace deal pushed by President Donald Trump to end the war in Gaza and return the hostages, two years after the terrorist network attacked Israel on Oct. 7, 2023, sparking not only the bloodiest day for Jews since the Holocaust, but a deadly war and a humanitarian crisis in the Gaza Strip.

This won't last. Hamas will pretend to disband, attack Israel, and claim the Israeli response is breaking the "ceasefire"

Witkoff needs to become a hostage - If the Palis attack, he lives the way the hostages did. And all his money goes to Israel.

I am quite disappointed with Trump. He has been listening to the wrong advisors.
